    I agree that for a first class product, it is a bit underwhelming. The seats are weird, true. I do think they have a decent first class food menu on paper, it’s just the execution and portions are closer to business class compared to what other airlines offer. But hey, 4 flight attendants for one person is always welcome…

    If you ask me, the most appealing thing about Qantas’ first class are the lounges available to oneworld Emerald status holders.

    1. I think the lounges are part of the problem. How is your First Class product supposed to be exclusive when basically half the A 380 cabin has access to it because of their status? I mean, with Air France the only way to get access to the First Class lounge is if you‘re actually flying First!

      1. I didn’t say it was good for Qantas, I said it was good for Emerald status holders 😉

  2. Also, it seems like the transfer process at Singapore is now much more pleasant than it used to be months ago.
